Built on a track record of doing the difficult things.
Chris is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience investing in, restructuring and working with businesses in complex and special situations. Prior to founding Caracalla Capital, he spent nearly 20 years at Hilco Capital, where he was a Partner and Investment Director and worked on investments and restructuring situations across the UK, Canada and other international markets.
His experience spans corporate carve-outs, stressed and distressed investments, debt restructuring and operational turnarounds, often involving direct board-level responsibility.
Chris also lectures for the Institute for Turnaround Academy and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association in both the UK and Canada.
